Instructions
- Heat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and place a grill pan on it. Allow the grill pan to heat for approximately 5 minutes before cooking.
- Prepare the vegetables: While the grill is heating, core and slice the red and green bell peppers into strips. Peel and slice the Vidalia or yellow onions. Place all the sliced vegetables in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
