Instructions
- Prepare the Fish: Spritz the fish fillets all over with olive oil spray and season thoroughly with Cajun seasoning. Cut 1 lime into wedges and halve the other lime for squeezing and serving.
- Make Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha or chipotle sauce, and the juice of 1/4 lime. Add a splash of water gradually until the sauce reaches a drizzle-friendly consistency.
- Cook the Fish: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Arrange the fish pieces in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even cooking. If you don’t have an air fryer, heat a skillet over high heat, spray with oil, and cook the fish for 5 to 6 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare the Slaw: While the fish cooks, toss the slaw with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, the juice of 1/2 lime, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt until well combined.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the slaw evenly among 4 plates. Add the cooked fish alongside the slaw and drizzle generously with the spicy mayo sauce.
- Garnish and Serve: Serve each plate with lime wedges and optional cilantro garnish for added freshness and flavor.
